Acclaim Technical Services is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support a program in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on planning and implementing training programs to enhance employee competencies and career progression.

You will evaluate employees, identify training needs, build quarterly and annual plans, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing for program materials. A TS/SCI clearance and polygraph are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with designing training programs and workshops.
• Ability to lead a full training cycle is preferred.
• Experience with learning management software is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal & time-management skills.
• Fluent in either French or Arabic and English Languages.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses.
• Identify training needs according to needs.
• Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths.
• Build quarterly and annual training program.
• Present all the technical and supply training requirements.
• Prepare budget for training programs and workshops.
• Encourage employees for training.
• Oversee employee attendance and performance.
• Track employee progress.
• Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis.
• Have a program announcement marketing strategy.
• Prepare and deliver training courses.
• Bring guest presenters if necessary.
• Implement training KPIs.
• Prepare and present reports on training program KIP
