Robeauté seeks a Test Infrastructure & Integration Engineer to own the design, development, and evolution of the engineering test infrastructure for its medical microrobotics platform. You will integrate mechanical, electronic, and software components into complete testing environments and drive data-driven engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience developing automated test systems, lab equipment, or engineering infrastructure.
• Experience in robotics, medical devices, aerospace, automation, or other highly regulated industries.
• Proven experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout product development.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain modular engineering test platforms supporting subsystem and system-level development
• Design mechanical fixtures, adapters, instrumentation, and laboratory equipment enabling repeatable testing
• Integrate sensors, actuators, cameras, motion systems, data acquisition hardware, environmental equipment, and lab instrumentation into scalable test environments
• Develop standardized testing platforms that can evolve alongside the product architecture while maximizing reuse across projects
• Develop integration platforms allowing hardware, embedded software, control algorithms, mechanics, and disposable components to be evaluated as complete systems
• Support prototype integration, engineering builds, workflow procedure definition and Design Verification activities by providing robust testing environments
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering to translate system requirements into practical and measurable test solutions
• Troubleshoot multidisciplinary issues observed during system integration and contribute to root cause investigations
• Support engineering teams during critical integration campaigns and product development milestones
• Ensure test infrastructure meets safety, quality, and laboratory best practices
