Lead QA/QC Inspector – SURF & Subsea Oil & Gas

Job summary

Comsip, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, seeks a senior QA/QC Inspector for the SURF package. You will monitor and supervise QA/QC activities at fabrication yards and supplier facilities, review weld and material traceability, and coordinate with third-party inspectors to ensure contract compliance and high-quality delivery.

Applicants should have extensive experience in SURF/EPCI projects, strong welding and NDT background, and familiarity with NCR/CAPA processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas.
• Strong background in welding, NDT, coating, material traceability and vendor surveillance.
• Experience with PLETs, ILTs, risers, flowlines and subsea structures; NCR, RCA, CAPA, MRB and Quality Dossier management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise QA/QC activities during fabrication, testing and load-out.
• Act as Company QA/QC inspector at fabrication yards and supplier facilities.
• Review material certificates, heat number traceability and preservation.
• Interface with Third Party Inspection Agencies and Certification Bodies.
