Accountabilities

• Develop robust engineering solutions using Python to support integrations, automations, and data workflows
• Collaborate with peers on system design, code reviews, and continuous improvement practices
• Deploy, operate, and maintain services owned by the team to ensure reliability and performance
• Coach and mentor team members depending on seniority level, supporting their technical and professional growth
• Champion strong engineering practices and contribute to the evolution of organizational standards
• Support the automation of SaaS seat management and the onboarding of new data sources into the organization’s data mesh

Requirements

• Exceptional academic track record throughout high school and university
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field, or a strong alternative path supported by compelling achievements
• Demonstrated experience delivering high‑quality software in Python
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Proven ability to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results
• Results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to travel internationally twice per year for company‑wide events
• Nice‑to‑have: experience with performance engineering, security, or tools such as Airbyte, Ranger, Temporal, or Trino
