Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government is seeking a Crew Leader – Pumps to oversee labor crews maintaining parish forced drainage pump stations. You will supervise pump station upkeep, assist with disassembly, sandblasting, painting and reassembly of pumps, and perform minor repairs on motors, bulkheads, and trash screens.

Responsibilities include safety compliance, routine inspections, and coordination with the Forced Drainage Supervisor to prioritize daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of mechanical maintenance experience with pump systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct labor crews in maintenance and upkeep of parish forced drainage pump stations.
• Oversee disassembly, sandblasting, painting, and reassembly of pumps.
• Perform minor repairs on motors, bulkheads, and trash screens.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including grass cutting, pressure washing, and oil changes.
• Ensure safety compliance and report maintenance activities and issues.
