What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Product & Pricing Consultant to drive business transformation, optimize processes, and deliver impactful solutions to our clients. This role requires building a deep understanding of clients’ business strategy and requirements, Zafin product platform, technology-driven innovations in banking, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting, business analysis, solution design and change management to support our clients in achieving their goals related to modernizing their infrastructure in areas related to products, pricing and billing.

The Lead Product & Pricing Consultant is a mid-senior level professional within a customer onboarding team who leads the consultant team on client projects, overseeing all aspects of the engagement from initial needs assessment to solution implementation; this includes managing client relationships, directing BA team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality business solutions that meet client objectives. They typically have extensive industry expertise and deep knowledge of business practices to provide strategic guidance and direction to both the team and the client.

What will you do?

• Consulting: Partner with clients to assess business challenges, help define business requirements, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic solutions by leveraging key capabilities of Zafin platform
• Business Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on addressing key banking challenges aimed at process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to drive consensus and ensure successful project outcomes
• Solution Development: Play a key role in the functional solution design and implementation of Zafin platform solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Project Leadership: Play a key role in the execution and delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives
• Leverage banking industry knowledge and best practices to help guide clients in defining new business processes aligned with Zafin platform capabilities

What do I need to succeed?

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields. MBA Preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• 10+ years of experience in functional consulting in the Banking industry
• Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives in Banking or Financial Services, SaaS product based implementation, Technology, or Consulting
• Domain knowledge of banking and financial institutions and/or large enterprise IT environment
