Job summary

Qualifications

• BEng/MEng in Electronic Engineering or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Semiconductor/Electronics/Automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and experience in multi-disciplinary hardware and software projects.
• PMI/PMP certification desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large multi-disciplinary teams through the NPI process for automotive embedded processor solutions.
• Coordinate with R&D, Design, Software, Product Management and Manufacturing to define schedules and resources for key deliverables.
• Drive on-time delivery with quality targets and manage risks to impact gross margin and EBITDA.
