Noveo is seeking a Lead Fullstack developer (PHP/Slim + React/Vue) to join our team on a greenfield, high-impact product. This senior role emphasizes product sense and ownership: you’ll design, implement, and ship features end-to-end, talk to stakeholders, and guide the team in an international, fully remote setup under a private entrepreneur contract.

The stack includes Slim PHP, REST APIs, and React or Vue, with flexible hours and remote work from France.

About us

We're looking for a Product Builder profile: not just a developer who executes tickets, but someone who understands the product, the users, and the business and actively contributes to what gets built and why. This is a senior profile. The person doesn't wait for complete specs to start working. They question, propose, and challenge the backlog. They think in terms of user value, not just lines of code. They can talk to stakeholders, read metrics, and take ownership of a feature end-to-end from technical decisions to delivery.

Context:

The team owns the partner integration platform the core product that onboards and connects network partners. The roadmap is dense with features to build, and the pace is high. This is not a maintenance role it's a greenfield, high-impact position at the heart of the product.

Technical stack:

Backend — PHP with Slim Framework, REST API design, complex business logic.

Frontend — React and/or Vue.js, modern and performant UI integration.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Symfony/Slim on backend and React or Vue on frontend
• Full autonomy — no hand-holding needed
• Proactive mindset — proposes solutions rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Real product sensibility — thinks like a co-founder, not just an executor
• Leadership — able to drive technical decisions, structure the work, and bring the team forward
• Client-facing — comfortable interacting directly with end clients when needed, with clarity and professionalism
• Fluent English is mandatory — the person will work within an international team where not all developers are fully comfortable in English. They need to be able to bridge communication gaps, clarify technical concepts clearly, and ensure nothing gets lost in translation
