Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions recrute un Lead Field Service Representative pour assurer les opérations et la maintenance des systèmes de traitement de l’eau sur divers sites. Vous serez un modèle et formateur pour d’autres FSR et prendrez en charge les métriques des sites que vous couvrez.

Le poste nécessite des déplacements régionaux, une forte autonomie et un esprit d’équipe; vous assurez le respect des spécifications contractuelles et la performance des équipements.

Qualifications

• Expérience 5+ ans de service/maintenance en environnement industriel.
• Permis de conduire valide exigé.
• Diplôme d’études secondaires / GED ou équivalent international.
• Capacité à voyager dans la région selon les besoins.

Responsabilités

• Dépannage mécanique, électrique et commandes sur équipements (vannes, compresseurs, pompes, instrumentation).
• Créer et maintenir la documentation sur site et fournir des résumés techniques.
• Maintenir l’inventaire des pièces et des produits chimiques, approvisionner les pièces de rechange.
• Surveiller et maintenir les systèmes d’injection chimique.
• Réaliser des analyses (turbidité, dureté, chlore, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC).
• Examiner les installations clients et les comparer aux schémas de référence WTS.
• Autres tâches confiées.

Job Description

The Field Service Representative role at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions involves providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. This position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of technologies such as media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting, conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract specifications. As a Lead FSR you will have the added task of being a role model and training other FSRs as well as owning site metrics for sites you cover.

Key Characteristics

• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities
• Consult with customer management and operation teams
• Excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills
• Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications
• Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation
• Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts
• Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings , electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 5+ years’ experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred

• Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation
