GE Vernova is seeking a DevSecOps engineer to drive automated deployments and operational excellence across GridOS deployments, including air-gapped environments. The role requires hands-on experience with Kubernetes, the full DevSecOps toolchain, and a willingness to travel to client sites for on-site deployment, troubleshooting, and support.

You will contribute to standardization of delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps toolchain (Jenkins, Gitea, Nexus, Artifactory).
• Experience deploying microservices on Kubernetes clusters.
• Experience with GridOS deployment architectures in air-gapped environments would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Automate deployment of microservices on Kubernetes clusters to production standards.
• Manage air-gapped deployment workflows with security compliance.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Gitea, and Nexus.
• Implement security hardening for Kubernetes and application-layer components.
• Troubleshoot deployment bottlenecks and improve runbooks.
• Travel to customer sites for on-site deployment and support.
• Maintain technical documentation for repeatable deployment patterns.
• Support Evergreen deployment readiness for scaling offerings.
