Mendo recherche un ingénieur logiciel capable de concevoir et livrer des fonctionnalités full-stack en TypeScript, dans un cadre SaaS.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe Tech et travaillerez sur des modules critiques en collaboration avec Product et Design, dans un environnement hybride 2 jours sur site / 3 jours à distance.

Qualifications

• Environnements full-stack TypeScript avec 3–5 ans d’expérience.
• Maîtrise du frontend moderne et d’un framework backend Node.js.
• Expérience dans des projets SaaS et tests unitaires/integration.
• Familiarité avec les conteneurs et les pipelines CI/CD.

Responsabilités

• Développer des fonctionnalités full-stack de la conception à la production.
• Posséder les modules et être référent technique.
• Travailler de manière autonome tout en escaladant les décisions d’architecture ou de sécurité si nécessaire.
• Collaborer avec Product et Design pour transformer les exigences en logiciel fonctionnel.
• Aider à estimer et décomposer le travail et communiquer les risques.
• Continuer d’apprendre et améliorer avec le workflow IA augmenté.

Core mission

Build and ship full-stack features end to end within one of Mendo's technical squads. You'll own meaningful parts of the product, become a referent on the modules you work on, and raise the quality bar through your day-to-day work — with the autonomy to take features from idea to production.

Your squad assignment will be defined based on your profile, your technical interests, and our product priorities.

Key responsibilities

1. Build and ship features

• Develop full-stack features end to end, from spec to production.

• Take ownership of the modules you work on and become a go-to referent for them.

• Work autonomously on most tasks, escalating architecture or security decisions when needed.

2. Keep the codebase healthy

• Write clean, well-tested code and meaningful tests.

• Give and receive constructive code reviews.

• Tackle refactoring and technical debt in the areas you own.

3. Collaborate within your squad

• Work closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into working software.

• Help estimate and break down work, and flag risks early.

• Communicate clearly in standups, pull requests, and documentation.

4. Keep learning and improving

• Continuously sharpen your craft and stay current with new technologies and best practices.

• Make the most of our AI-augmented workflow to work better and faster.

• Share what you learn with the team and act on feedback to keep growing.

Tech stack

• Language: TypeScript, end to end.

• Backend: NestJS and Fastify, with tRPC for type-safe contracts.

• Frontend: React with Vite, Tailwind, Zustand, and TanStack Query.

• Connectors / clients: Chromium-based browser extensions and an Electron desktop connector that embed Mendo inside Microsoft 365 and browser AI tools.

• Data: MongoDB (Mongoose) and Redis.

• Infra & deployment: Azure / AKS with Helm, Docker containers, GitHub Actions CI/CD.

• AI in the product: we train and deploy our own language models on client machines (on-prem), alongside OpenAI APIs and a Python ML service (sentence-transformers, scikit-learn) for search and similarity.

• AI-augmented engineering: Claude Code / Cursor, MCP tooling, and internal AI agents are part of the daily workflow — not a bonus.

Required skills

Experience & expertise

• Around 3–5 years building full-stack applications in TypeScript (or a strong equivalent).

• Solid command of modern frontend (hooks, state management, performance) and a Node.js backend framework.

• Comfortable working in a SaaS codebase and writing unit and integration tests.

• Familiarity with containers and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent command of French and English, both technical and professional.
