A leading yacht management company is looking for an experienced Lead Deckhand to join a 50m private motor yacht. The ideal candidate must possess a Yachtmaster CE and strong English skills. Responsibilities include overseeing deck operations, managing tenders, and leading the deck team. This position offers a salary based on experience and 60 days of leave per year, with operations primarily in the Red Sea, UAE, and Mediterranean during summer.

Qualifications

• Yachtmaster CE certification is mandatory.
• Strong English language skills required.
• Candidates must have a minimum 6 months valid ENG1.

Itinerary: Winter Red Sea / UAE, during the summer MED

Requirements

• Yachtmaster CE
• STCW+PDSD
• PBL2
• PWC
• Valid ENG1 (minimum 6 months validity)
• Fluent / strong English skills
• Female candidates only (due to cabin arrangements - shared cabin)
