A leading global company is seeking a Lead Content Strategist to define and execute content strategy for shared experiences. You will lead a team and ensure coherence in content across digital platforms. The role requires exceptional writing skills and a strategic mindset to influence various teams. The Shared Experience team defines, curates, and evolves the common experience blocks and identity layers that ensure coherence, clarity, and recognizability across all Schneider Electric digital experiences (software, applications, and beyond).
As Lead Content Strategist, you own the content strategy vision and execution for shared experiences, while leading and growing a team of Content Strategists.
You ensure that language, structure, terminology, and tone are coherent, scalable, and aligned with brand and product intent across all digital experiences.
You operate at both strategic and operational levels: defining content systems, guiding complex initiatives, and enabling teams to apply content standards consistently at scale.
You act as the content authority for shared experience topics, and as a key partner to the Design System and Brand teams.
