Job summary

SkillCorner SAS seeks a Team Lead to guide the Basketball Tracking team. You will manage two data scientists, own end-to-end tracking pipeline, and shape the roadmap in collaboration with Product and CV leadership.

You will split time between technical leadership, people management, and hands-on coding, shipping production-ready models from experimentation to live deployment used by professional basketball teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in computer vision with deep learning, including production systems.
• Proven experience delivering detection, tracking or recognition pipelines to production, not only research prototypes.
• At least 2 years of management experience leading two or more permanent team members.

Responsibilities

• Own the basketball tracking pipeline end to end and lead key architectural decisions, from models to data, training and evaluation infrastructure.
• Shape the technical roadmap with CV leadership and Product Owner, balancing research with production priorities.
• Lead R&D: monitor the state of the art and translate ideas into concrete improvements.
• Establish metrics and tooling to measure tracking quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee integration of research algorithms into AWS production pipeline and remain hands-on in design and implementation.
