Youtrust is seeking a Compliance Engineer in Paris to lead end-to-end regulatory programs, including eIDAS v2, NIS2, and ISO 27001. You will coordinate remediation, audits, and certification activities, interfacing with ANSSI and LSTI while advancing security initiatives across the Trusted Zone.

You will drive readiness, map regulations to business processes, and implement pragmatic, scalable controls, collaborating with security, engineering, and product teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with at least one demanding compliance standard (eIDAS v2, ETSI EN 319, PCI DSS or equivalent).
• Experience running internal audits and gap analyses end-to-end with structured remediation backlogs.
• Active participation in or management of live ISO 27001 programs; ANSSI/LSTI exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the full compliance lifecycle for eIDAS v2 and NIS2, including gap analysis, remediation roadmaps, and certification prep.
• Map NIS2 obligations to Youtrust perimeter and drive remediation and reporting cycles.
• Maintain and evolve ISO 27001 program with audits and ISMS documentation.
• Interface with external auditors (ANSSI, LSTI) and manage certification timeline.
• Monitor European regulatory landscape and translate requirements into actionable initiatives.
• Contribute to security of the Trusted Zone and fraud detection alongside the team.
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation and build automation to reduce manual toil.
