A leading software company in Paris is seeking a Lead Account Executive to drive revenue growth primarily in Southern Europe. The role involves developing business opportunities, managing relationships with enterprise clients, and advocating multiple product lines. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of SaaS sales experience and is fluent in both French and Spanish, with a strong focus on customer success and negotiation skills.

In this individual contributor role (IC). As a Lead Account Executive at Freshworks, you will play a leading role in accelerating our company's revenue growth in Southern Europe. You will develop business opportunities at assigned named accounts. In this role, you will advocate multiple Freshworks product lines targeted mainly at enterprise clients. As a brand ambassador, you will champion our innovative Software-as-a-Service products to make organizations more productive, efficient and customer oriented.
Working hand-in-hand with our marketing team and our business development representatives, you will especially be responsible for the acquisition of new customers. The business development representatives (BDRs) will support you during the initial contact with potential customers and their qualifications. You will be partially responsible for helping your team of BDRs become successful.
