Description du poste

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Lead A.I. to join our AI for Operations function. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for process optimization and a solid background in project management within operational environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying AI solutions to drive efficiency and innovation across our Product & Operations functions, working closely with various Maisons and animate the Operations community around AI topics. Role reporting to VP AI Transformation

The AI For Operations team works closely with LVMH Industrial Direction.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Management & Deployment: Lead and manage AI projects from conception to successful deployment and post-implementation review, ensuring objectives, scope, and timelines are met.
• Facilitate project committees (Kick-Off, Steering Committee, Sprint Planning, etc.) and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Engineering teams to build and deploy end-to-end AI products.
• Define and implement roll-out strategies and change management plans for new AI solutions.
• Measure the impact of implemented projects using robust methodologies.
• Building Roadmap AI For Operations and Group Coordination: Contribute to designing central team service offerings on AI for Product Development, Merchandising, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, acting as an internal consultant for our Maisons.
• Prioritize business-oriented, high-value use-cases and develop roadmaps for their deployment, working to optimize sustainability, product lifecycle, cost, and profitability.
• Animate the Operations Community around AI innovation.
• Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key business partner for Maisons on data and AI topics related to Product & Operations, helping them prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating operational pain points into clear requirements for data science and engineering teams.
• Provide Data & AI expertise to Maisons regarding operational processes.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management roles.
• Proven experience within Merchandising, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments.
• Familiarity with AI / data science projects or a strong willingness to learn and adapt to an AI-driven environment.
• Technical Skills: Excellent project management and formalization skills to guide projects from concept to final delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data from various sources and summarize findings for reporting.
• Experience with Supply Chain, Planning or Manufacturing common tools (e.g., Anaplan, APS, ERP, BI) is a plus.
• Ability to understand and synthesize business requirements and define pragmatic target processes.
• Knowledge or curiosity of AI concepts and their application in Operations topics.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Energetic, customer-centric, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders from operational teams to senior management.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to focus teams on goals and objectives.
• Very good command of English, both written and oral.
