NovaSpace is seeking a Launch System Expert to provide guidance on launch vehicle and launch system design, assess feasibility and risks, and contribute to technical decision making. You will analyze ongoing projects for performance, cost efficiency, and scalability, and propose optimization strategies for schedules and budgets.

You will prepare reports and technical presentations for potential investors and stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams across sites and remotely.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in aerospace engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Launch systems engineering, including Launch vehicle and/or launch pad design, development, test & operations.
• Experience working with space startups or established space companies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze complex technical concepts and communicate insights effectively.
