ATMOS Space Cargo is seeking a Launch Procurement & Mission Logistics Specialist to own securing launch services and coordinate end-to-end movement of capsules, payloads, and recovered materials. This role spans from provider selection to outbound transport, customs clearance, and return of payloads to customers.

You will negotiate with providers, manage international shipments of high-value cargo, and ensure compliance with export controls and dangerous goods regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain roles within aerospace or other regulated technical environments.
• Hands-on experience negotiating contracts with service providers (launch providers, freight forwarders, etc.).
• Experience managing international transportation of high-value or sensitive cargo.
• Knowledge of export control and customs compliance (EU dual-use, AWG/AWV) and dangerous goods handling (IATA DGR, ADR).
• Degree in supply chain management, logistics, international business, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Select and negotiate with launch-service providers, coordinating terms with stakeholders.
• Monitor launch-slot availability, milestones, and risks; maintain provider relationships.
• Develop and execute mission logistics plans including transport and customs coordination.
• Coordinate on-site logistics during launch campaigns and recovery of materials.
• Maintain mission schedules, budgets, risk registers, and scalable processes.
