A luxury fashion brand is seeking a Design Intern to assist the design team in developing their seasonal knitwear collection. This role involves project management and attention to detail, with responsibilities including creating technical sketches and supporting material sourcing. A background in fashion design and proficiency in Adobe Suite are essential. Candidates should have a strong affinity for luxury fashion and be detail-oriented. Internship eligibility is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the design team in developing the seasonal knitwear collection.
• Create and update color-ups and technical sketches.
• Research trends, yarns, and knit techniques.
• Support the team with mood boards and material sourcing.
• Follow up on sample development and communicate with suppliers.
• Participate in fittings and prepare presentation materials.

The Design Intern will work closely with the whole design team, the Design Intern will partner on a continuous basis to support the Atelier. What You Will Do:

• Assisting the design team in developing the seasonal knitwear collection
• Creating and updating color-ups and technical sketches
• Researching trends, yarns, and knit techniques
• Supporting the team with mood boards and material sourcing
• Following up on sample development and communicating with suppliers
• Participating in fittings and preparing presentation materials

About You:

• Final year or recent graduate of a Fashion Design Program
• Eligible 'convention de stage' or internship form
• Background in fashion design, textiles, or product development.
• Strong affinity for luxury fashion and Haider Ackermann’s aesthetic.
• Solid understanding of product development processes (pattern-making, textile construction, finishing).
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional English and Italian
• proficiency is a plus.
