A leading solar energy company in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes is seeking a Sales Professional to engage with project customers and drive sales of PV modules. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of sales experience and a technical background in solar is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of experience in sales of PV modules for utility scale.
  • Technical background in solar is a plus.
  • Proficiency in French and/or Italian is desirable.

Responsabilités

  • Interact with project customers to understand their needs.
  • Gather competitors' information to assist in sales strategies.
  • Provide sales forecasts and manage orders.
  • Ensure timely payment receivables.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.

Your mission
  • Interact regularly with project customers (EPC’s, developers, IPP’s…) to understand their needs, both technical and commercial.
  • Gather and share competitors’ information in the field to assist in sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide ’sales forecasts and lead from enquiry to order placement.
  • Make sure on time payment receivables and avoid any bad debt
  • In collaboration with the functional teams, to maintain JA Solar's product and brand as a leading provider of products and solutions to our customer.
  • Coordinate, manage, attend and execute special customer events, customer requests and/or other activities to maintain and strengthen the relationship between JA and our customers.
  • Identify and initiate innovative solutions to meet the customer's needs and maintain long-term relationships
Your profile
  • Completed studies of Business Management , Internation Business, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies or similar subjects.
  • Fluent in English is a must , proficiency in French and/or Italian desirable.
  • More than 2-year experience in sales of PV modules into Utility scale within EPC’s . developers, IPP’s.. .
  • Strong teamwork awareness, exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
  • Technical background in solar as a great advantage to take a second role of technical manager in sub team.
