Description du poste
About Massive Bio

Massive Bio is a rapidly growing health‑tech startup founded in 2015 to provide every cancer patient with access to clinical trials regardless of location or financial situation. Our proprietary patient recruitment and enrollment enablement solution for oncology clinical trials solves every friction point in traditional clinical trial enrollment. Privately held and headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, our passionate change‑making team is hiring a Key Account Manager (KAM) located in France.

Position Overview

As a member of the Provider Engagement team, Key Account Manager will drive institutional adoption of Massive Bio solutions by engaging mid‑sized referring hospitals and sites. This role emphasizes institution‑level agreements and collaboration with hospital IT/management to enable Electronic Health Record integration and sustainable referral pathways. You will map and visit targeted hospitals, identify the right physicians and department stakeholders, promote our Clinical Network, and coordinate cross‑functionally to remove operational barriers.

What You’ll Do
  • Institution‑level growth
    • Identify, prioritise, and visit mid‑sized referring hospitals/sites to drive adoption of Massive Bio solutions
    • Lead the end‑to‑end institutional engagement cycle: discovery, value proposition, pilot definition, and closing partnerships
    • Build and progress a pipeline of institutional agreements with clear milestones, and next actions
  • Physician & stakeholder mapping
    • Identify physicians (hematology/oncology and related disciplines) who can promote our Clinical Network program and sponsor adoption internally
    • Engage hospital leadership, IT/EHR teams, and management to align workflows, data needs, and governance requirements
  • Market development & KOL engagement
    • Map regional oncology networks, tumour boards, and referral patterns; identify KOLs and organise small round‑tables/briefings to raise awareness of trials and CN
    • Track relevant congresses, seminars, and society meetings; attend when there is a tangible engagement opportunity
  • Territory management & admin
    • Keep CRM up to date (contacts, meetings, opportunities, next steps)
    • Analyse territory performance and deliver regular status reports (pipeline, forecast, risks, wins)
    • Travel regularly across assigned regions; mileage/transport reimbursed
What You’ll Bring (Candidate Profile)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of B2B healthcare or life‑sciences field experience; background in hematology/oncology, hospital solutions, or biotech/pharma is a strong plus
  • Proven success with institutional sales cycles in hospitals/IDNs/private groups (from stakeholder mapping to closing agreements and launching pilots)
  • Experience engaging hospital IT/management and supporting EHR/EMR workflow changes or integrations (clinical, operational, or data‑exchange use cases)
  • Strong network among hematologists/oncologists and related care teams in France is highly desirable
  • Working familiarity with medical terminology, hospital procurement, and data‑governance considerations (e.g., GDPR‑aligned processes) in France
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder influence, and project‑management skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Located in France and ability to travel
Why Massive Bio
  • Mission‑driven company improving access to cancer clinical trials
  • High‑impact, field‑facing role shaping our footprint across France
  • Collaborative, worldwide team with opportunities for growth
