CryptoNext Security is seeking a senior sales leader to own the direct revenue for enterprise, government, and OEM accounts. You will define the commercial strategy and execute end-to-end in a fast-growing, post-quantum security company.
You will report to the CEO and collaborate with Channel Sales, Marketing and Product. The role includes a future path toward broader commercial responsibility across direct and indirect channels, with a hybrid onsite work model.
Founded in 2019 as a spin-off from Inria, CNRS and Sorbonne University, CryptoNext Security is a European pioneer in post-quantum cryptography and crypto-agility. As a software vendor, our mission is to help organisations migrate their IT systems and products toward quantum-safe, crypto-agile architectures.
Our platform supports the entire post-quantum transition, across three product lines: discovery of cryptographic assets to expose risks and blind spots; crypto-agility management to govern policies and steer the transition of business applications; and remediation toward quantum-safe solutions for a smooth, controlled migration.
We serve major enterprises, public institutions and system integrators across financial services, defence, industry and the public sector.
This is no longer a speculative market. National security agencies have published their migration timelines, the standards are settled, and organisations are moving into implementation. Demand runs on a regulatory clock, not a discretionary budget cycle.
You own our direct revenue: defining the commercial strategy for enterprise, government and OEM accounts, and executing it end to end — from first outreach to signed purchase order.
Direct sales are our immediate source of revenue, and the RFPs on our desk are substantial and well structured. This role exists to win them, and to build the account strategy that turns individual deals into a repeatable enterprise motion.
You report to the CEO and work closely with Channel Sales, Marketing and Product. As the direct business matures, this role has a natural path toward broader commercial responsibility across both direct and indirect channels.
