This remote position requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in chemical products and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Fluency in French and English is essential. The successful candidate will drive growth through account strategy development and collaboration, and will be required to travel approximately 50%. Qualifications

• Drive sales and gross margin growth for assigned segments, customers, and territories.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals.
• Build, manage, and grow new and existing customer accounts.
• Actively participate in the company’s Commercial Excellence Program.
• Resolve customer issues and manage situations to maintain trust.
• Provide insights for commercial alignment and prepare sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial excellence.
• Travel: Approximately 50%, including day trips and overnight travel.
