A leading tech company in Les Ulis is seeking a candidate for a business development role focused on managing client relationships and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate should have experience in the retail and payment industry, be proficient in both English and Chinese, and possess strong communication skills. This position offers a fixed-term renewable contract, and candidates who require a working visa will not be considered.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with existing clients and handle new initiatives.
• Drive new client acquisitions through calls and meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Prepare reports on business performance.
• Liaise with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct market and customer research.

Description du poste

Requirements :

• Responsible to manage the relationship with existing PSP and Key Account client and handle new initiative and other ad-hoc support.
• Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients’ daily enquiries
• Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base
• Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
• Prepare regular reports to keep track on business performance
• Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments to ensure all the operational flows are smooth and efficient
• Carry out market research and customer research
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Knowledge and Experience :

• Business development / retail industry experience, and experience in payment platform / bank industry would be advantage
• Understand local culture well
• Proficient in English & Chinese
• Strong communication and presentation skill, and high learning capability
• Driven and has sense of ownership
