A leading technology firm in Bordeaux is seeking a Key Account Manager to manage relationships with distributors and chain retailers. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in key account management, excellent communication skills in both English and French, and a strong understanding of retail management. This role also involves managing sales forecasts, marketing activities, and after-sales interactions. Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage new and existing relationships with customers including distributors, chain retailers (Leroy Merlin, Fnac Darty, or Boulanger);
  • Manage the monthly sales forecast, sales plan, delivery, payment;
  • Manage the annual marketing activities;
  • Manage the pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales customer relationships and daily affairs handling.
Requirements
  • At-least 5 years of relevant work experience in key account management, and have a certain understanding of chain retailers and dealer;
  • Great understanding in retail management;
  • Excellent oral and written English and French skills;
  • Responsible, honest, trustworthy, proactive, good team spirit, high execution ability, strong stability;
  • Willing to travel.
