This remote position requires a minimum of 5 years in chemical product sales, preferably in personal care. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and be fluent in both French and English. The role involves driving sales growth, developing account strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders, requiring approximately 50% travel.

  • Located near a major international airport.
  • Proven track record in value capture and sales excellence.

Responsabilités

  • Drive sales and gross margin growth for assigned segments, customers, and territories.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build, manage, and grow new and existing customer accounts.
  • Actively participate in the company’s Commercial Excellence Program.
  • Resolve customer issues and manage situations to maintain trust.
  • Provide insights for commercial alignment and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial excellence.
  • Travel: Approximately 50%, including day trips and overnight travel.
