As a Sales Manager at Dylogy, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our go-to-market strategy in the (re)insurance space. You’ll own the full commercial cycle – from pipeline structuring to client relationship management – and contribute directly to Dylogy’s growth and positioning in the market
Organise, and continuously optimise our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, opportunities, and client relationships. Define sales funnels aligned with our website, social channels, and inbound campaigns
Identify and qualify new leads, run outbound campaigns, and cultivate long‑term relationships with decision‑makers in the (re)insurance ecosystem. Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and measurable follow‑up
Support the legal process during contract negotiation phases in collaboration with our legal partners. Ensure clarity, traceability, and smooth execution from proposal to final signature
Prepare and conduct client demos, both remotely and in person. Represent Dylogy at meetups, conferences, and industry events to strengthen visibility and positioning
Collaborate with marketing to co‑create impactful content (blog posts, website copy, newsletters, or video assets) supporting lead generation and nurturing strategies
Act as a voice of the customer by gathering insights from prospects and clients, translating them into actionable recommendations for the Product and Tech teams
Contribute to building Dylogy’s commercial playbook and long‑term go‑to‑market strategy, with potential evolution into a Head of Sales role as the team scales
Build sales forecasts, track KPIs, and identify new growth levers (upsell / renewal strategies, referral opportunities, partnerships). Help secure key early accounts to support Dylogy’s expansion
