To achieve our ambition with international customers, we’re seeking a highly-motivated and self-driven Junior Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and executing initiatives to drive our customers’ actions on digital and social media.

Passionate about both digital and social media, you're up-to-date on all the latest trends and can confidently advise on what will be beneficial for your customers’ overall strategy. Providing meaningful, valuable content and activations to users is important to you. You’re able to perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. You design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Your are actively engage in proposing innovative ideas across all facets (copywriting, media management, graphic design, social media practices and techniques, activation concepts), and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. You’re also at ease with data and can analyse your campaign results

Responsibilities

Develop ideas and create engaging content for multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.

Create and implement social-media and communication campaigns that grow and engage communities in line with business objectives.

Stay up-to-date with the latest news and trends on social media and report back to the team on how we can best take advantage of them.

Report regularly on campaign performance and use data to inform your content plan.

Your profile

2+ years experience in a Social Media Manager role, Digital Projects Manager or similar.

Proven experience launching community initiatives.

Demonstrable experience in growing and engaging audiences.

Strong knowledge of online marketing and social media channels.

Ability to use analytics to gain insight into customer engagement and use this to inform strategy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French / English).
