Job summary

Our client CONFIDENTIAL is seeking a Junior Designer to support paid media, sales enablement, and US marketing initiatives by creating high-quality design assets and content variations. This role focuses on producing template-based creative efficiently, enabling the Senior Designer to focus on strategic and system-level design work.

You will produce paid ad variants (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), localize creative for the US market, build email and landing-page modules from the design system, and

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of design experience with a portfolio showing comfort working inside a brand system.
• Proficiency in Figma using components and auto-layout.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience producing multiple variants of the same creative for testing or localization.

Responsibilities

• Produce paid ad variants (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) for testing.
• Localize creative for the US market: copy substitutions, units, references, compliance-ready files.
• Build email and landing-page modules from existing design system.
• Build B2B sales-enablement variants: deck slide swaps, one-pager personalization, case study layouts.
• Light photo retouching and asset prep.
• Use AI design tools (Firefly, Photoshop AI, Figma AI) to compress production time.
• Describe the variant process to keep on-brand and on-spec; QA against ad specs.
• Demonstrate detail-oriented work and strong compliance with design standards.

About the role

This role focuses on producing template-based creative efficiently, enabling the Senior Designer to focus on strategic and system-level design work.
Your responsibilities:

• Produce paid ad variants (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) at the volume the Paid Media Manager needs for testing
• Localize creative for the US market: copy substitutions, units, references, compliance review-ready files
• Build email and landing-page modules from existing design system
• Build B2B sales-enablement variants: deck slide swaps, one-pager personalization, case study layouts
• Light photo retouching and asset prep
• Use AI design assists (Firefly generative fill, Photoshop AI, Figma AI features) to compress production time
  
• 1–3 years design experience with a portfolio showing comfort working inside a brand system (not just student or self-directed work)
• Working proficiency in Figma (using components and auto-layout, not just frames) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Has produced multiple variants of the same creative for ad testing or localization — can describe the process for keeping variants on-brand and on-spec
• Can self-QA against an ad spec sheet (dimensions, safe zones, file size, text-to-image ratio) and ship without back-and-forth on technical errors
• Demonstrable comfort with detail-heavy work: claims footnotes, legal ... version contro
