Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Commodity Strategy within their perimeter.
- Prepare and manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) aligned with the defined Bidlist and commodity strategy.
- Make supplier recommendations (REC) during Sourcing Table decision meetings.
- Generate Purchase Agreements (contracts) based on supplier selections (REC).
- Ensure contract execution, quality, logistics, development performance, and capacity increases.
- Manage escalation levels with suppliers regarding quality, logistics, and obsolescence when needed.
- Negotiate and monitor purchasing performance using various levers such as commercial performance, Monozokuri, Value Optimization (VO), and raw material indexation/optimization.
- Coordinate and prepare business reviews with suppliers.
- Handle administrative tasks related to these activities (purchase orders, amendments, etc.).
- Recommend suppliers considering sourcing timing, cost targets, and commodity strategy.
- Draft and ensure the signing of Purchase Agreements and General Terms & Conditions (GT&Cs).
- Achieve economic performance, including VO, aligned with Division and Commodity Group targets.
- Provide resourcing recommendations in line with Division and Commodity Group targets.
- Maintain quality, logistics, and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) performance in line with Purchasing Division targets.
- Manage all business administration linked to this position.
