A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a procurement specialist to manage supplier relationships and oversee the commodity strategy. The successful candidate will hold a Master's degree and excel in contract negotiation and cost analysis. Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the Commodity Strategy within their perimeter.
  • Prepare and manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) aligned with the defined Bidlist and commodity strategy.
  • Make supplier recommendations (REC) during Sourcing Table decision meetings.
  • Generate Purchase Agreements (contracts) based on supplier selections (REC).
  • Ensure contract execution, quality, logistics, development performance, and capacity increases.
  • Manage escalation levels with suppliers regarding quality, logistics, and obsolescence when needed.
  • Negotiate and monitor purchasing performance using various levers such as commercial performance, Monozokuri, Value Optimization (VO), and raw material indexation/optimization.
  • Coordinate and prepare business reviews with suppliers.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to these activities (purchase orders, amendments, etc.).
  • Recommend suppliers considering sourcing timing, cost targets, and commodity strategy.
  • Draft and ensure the signing of Purchase Agreements and General Terms & Conditions (GT&Cs).
  • Achieve economic performance, including VO, aligned with Division and Commodity Group targets.
  • Provide resourcing recommendations in line with Division and Commodity Group targets.
  • Maintain quality, logistics, and Vehicle Off Road (VOR) performance in line with Purchasing Division targets.
  • Manage all business administration linked to this position.
