Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or healthcare.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be accepted.
• Some organizations require CRA training or prior monitoring experience.
• Basic knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Conduct site monitoring visits per contracted scope and regulatory requirements.
• Support subject recruitment plans to meet project needs.
• Administer protocol training to assigned sites and maintain regular communication.
• Evaluate site practices for quality and protocol adherence; escalate issues.
• Track regulatory submissions, approvals, recruitment, data queries and resolution.
• Ensure TMF/ISF documents are maintained and filed in compliance.
• Create visit reports and follow-up letters; maintain study documentation.
• Collaborate with study team for project execution support.
• Support start-up activities and site financial management where applicable.
