You will oversee project coordination across offices, nurture partnerships with government institutions, space agencies, and industry players, and lead proposals and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of the Japanese space ecosystem, government programs and actors.
• Advanced analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an international team.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Act as a leader of Novaspace in Japan and drive business development activities.
• Cultivate relationships with government institutions, space agencies, industry players and partners.
• Manage and deliver consulting projects for public and private clients, ensuring quality and impact.
• Participate in proposal writing and contract negotiations.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and represent Novaspace in events and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with international teams to align strategic priorities.
