Zeplug, now alongside ChargeGuru, is seeking an IT & Security Manager to lead the internal IT support function and strengthen the company’s security posture. You will manage a hands-on, 3-person IT team, oversee SaaS lifecycle, vendor relationships, and incident resolution, and drive a practical security roadmap in collaboration with the CTO.

This is a hands-on role requiring escalation skills when needed, plus building scalable processes and tooling to keep support and security aligned with

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a 3-person IT support team with clear ownership and service levels
• Own the incident resolution process including severity handling, comms, and post-mortems
• Manage SaaS licenses, vendor relationships for IT & security tools, and escalation handling
• Run phishing simulations, security awareness training, and periodic audits
• Enforce MFA and access best practices; maintain a practical security roadmap with the CTO
