  • Track deviations and lead the team in identifying remediation and optimization opportunities.
  • Initiate the formal revision process as soon as a deviation from the approved plan is foreseen in terms of total budget, budget structure, team allocation, scope or timeline, with updated plan and budget built with the relevant support functions.
  • Supervise all aspects of the execution phase, including the production of key project documentation and deliverables (including product documentation such as architecture, hardware and software).
  • Act, where required, as Scrum Master for the delivery squad, facilitating the Scrum events, removing impediments and coaching the team in the Scrum framework.

  • Conduct formal project closure, including confirmation of acceptance, financial closure, archiving of project records, documentation of lessons learned, release of project resources, and transfer of outstanding actions and residual risks to the responsible owners.

As part of our commitment to transparency throughout our recruitment process, INTERPOL's Staff Manual Regulation 11.4: Age-limit, which states that:

'Officials of the Organization shall not normally be retained in service beyond the age of 65 years. The Secretary General may, in exceptional cases and in the interests of the Organization, extend this age limit, in which case he shall inform the official concerned sufficiently in advance.'
