Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Tech Data PSL Operations Manager in Toulouse to join the Customer Services Techdata IT team. You will oversee incident management, production manuals, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure IT solutions support digital transformation and efficient aircraft data delivery.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and an ability to synthesize complex information in French and English, with deep knowledge of IT service management tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Academic background (or equivalent) in Information Technology.
• Solid professional experience in the field.
• Rigorous and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Strong collaborative mindset and leadership.
• Advanced level in French and English.
• Good knowledge on ServiceNow; Ctrl-M will be appreciated; VersionOne and SAP are a plus.
• Experience on application management and Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation knowledge.
• Willingness for personal growth with customized development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Track, follow up and escalate incidents; participate in crisis meetings.
• Ensure incident processes are applied and drive process improvements.
• Hold regular meetings with L2/L3 support teams and provide KPIs.
• Report major risks or issues to management and manage IT production manuals.
• Coordinate production steps for Techdata manuals and related incidents.
• Relaunch jobs and perform recovery steps during on-call periods.
• Engage with Business to monitor scope and status of incidents.
• Collaborate with ITOPS, Appli manager and Business to unblock processes in crises.
