A global IT services company located in France is seeking an IT Helpdesk Officer to ensure smooth daily IT operations. The position involves providing support for hardware and software issues to employees and managing the IT equipment lifecycle. Ideal candidates will have a degree in IT or related fields, with solid knowledge of Windows and Office 365, and strong communication skills in French and English. As an IT Helpdesk Officer (Level 1 & 2), you will play a central role in ensuring smooth daily IT operations and providing support to our internal teams worldwide. You will act as the first point of contact for technical requests, delivering efficient solutions and escalating issues when necessary to guarantee optimal service.
Academic background : Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with experience in IT helpdesk or technical support.
Solid knowledge of Windows and Office 365 and MacOS; experience with AI generative tools is a plus.
Familiarity with IT ticketing tools, remote support solutions, and best practices in service desk operations.
Native French speaker with strong written English skills, excellent communication abilities, a customer‑oriented mindset.
