Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Business Analyst – Conformity & Attestation (f / m) to join our DPCA team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing tools for Aircraft Configuration Management,

This is a key Airbus business domain that covers the complete aircraft lifecycle (from contract, specification, design, manufacturing, up to in‑service maintenance). As part of the Digital Conformity & Attestation (C&A) team, you will be involved in the development of tools linked to Aircraft Conformity and Attestation, aiming at ensuring that the aircrafts delivered are in line with the expectations and with the good level of quality.

Responsibilities

• Act as visionary, proactively assisting in defining the direction for future IT Products & Services under your scope, aligned with the organisation’s business goals.
• Work with other Business Analysts, in the C&A Architecture team and under the lead of the System Architect, to define models, including solution patterns.
• Loop with development teams to deliver the highest quality solutions via cutting‑edge technologies.
• Be involved in all phases of the application development life cycle including research and design, development, testing, deployment and support.
• Align architecture strategy with the organisation's business goals and long‑term strategic planning for the organisation's Information systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Academic background in IT or a similar field and several years of work experience.
• Good knowledge of SAP and, in particular, following tools: CAIR, AIR, E2E Traceability, E2E CA Reallocation.
• Ideally, experience or knowledge in one or several of the following areas: Configuration Management, Conformity, Attestation, Traceability, Special Instruction, CA Reallocation.
• Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
• Experience with Airbus specific tools – a plus: APS, PDM, ARP, CAIR.
• Ability to work autonomously and easily adapt to different circumstances.
• Stress resilience and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus.
