In this critical role, you will troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents affecting the computers of all Global Yum! Brands, Inc. team members, ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will be part of the second line of PC / Mac support, with additional responsibilities that include administrative Network and Video Conferencing support. This role also involves training and testing innovative technologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the IT department, you will provide level and IT support for the KFC France headquarters and restaurants.
- Provision, install, upgrade, and troubleshoot computer systems using standard analysis techniques. Perform advanced OS-level modifications including Windows registry and macOS PLIST file edits to optimize performance and resolve issues.
- Deliver high-quality support to a diverse global user base, consulting on hardware / software solutions tailored to business needs. Build strong relationships with on-site and remote technicians and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
- Proficient in supporting video conferencing platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
- Manage and document ServiceNow Incidents and Tasks efficiently. Collaborate with support and strategy teams to resolve escalated issues, including network and system security (VPN, VLAN, etc.).
- Create and maintain IT documentation to standardize troubleshooting procedures, improve resolution times, and support knowledge sharing across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
- years of experience providing technical support for a wide variety of hardware and software platforms, including desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Windows, MacOS, Active Directory, Microsoft , and mobile devices (iPhone / iPad and Android.)
- Advanced proficiency in French and English
- Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with clients.
- Able to work flexible hours including being on-call.
- Ability to lift lbs.
Preferred Requirements
- CompTIA A+ Certified.
- Basic ServiceNow experience
- year of experience with the macOS operating system.
- Preference for appropriate Microsoft Certification(s) or equivalent experience including : Legacy : MCITP-Enterprise, MCSE, MCSA, MCDST Role Based : Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
