Eurazeo in Paris invites applications for an internship in Investor Relations, Product Team, starting January 2027 for six months. You will contribute to fundraising materials, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across product strategy and investor communications.

The role offers exposure to capital raising processes, due diligence coordination, and dataroom management, with a strong emphasis on clarity, storytelling, and high performance in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Student in final year at a leading business or engineering school.
• Experience in a demanding environment (Private Equity, Investment Banking, Investor Relations or Strategy/Consulting) is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively and deliver under tight deadlines.
• High level of rigor, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of private markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling investor materials.

Responsabilités

• Producing and maintaining high-quality fundraising materials, including fund presentations, teasers, tailored meeting decks, case studies, and other marketing support documents.
• Coordinating and responding to due diligence requests, including questionnaires and RFP processes, in a timely and rigorous manner.
• Managing and updating fundraising datarooms, ensuring data integrity, version control, and appropriate access management for prospective investors.
• Performing market analysis and competitive benchmarking, to support positioning and investor messaging.
• Collaborating closely with investment, portfolio monitoring, legal, compliance, ESG and other corporate functions.
