ACL Partners in Paris is seeking an Investment Manager to lead and execute transactions in infrastructure and energy transition private equity, coordinating external advisors and driving the deal process from screening to closing. You will build and review models (project finance, LBO, debt structuring), oversee due diligence across ESG and regulatory aspects, and present to the Investment Committee.

4–7 years of experience, fluent French and English, and a genuine passion for energy transition

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience within a leading infrastructure/energy investment platform or top-tier investment bank.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with deep knowledge of project finance, debt structuring, and valuation.
• Fluent French and English with strong communication skills for regional coverage.

Investment Manager – Infrastructure & Energy Transition Private Equity | Paris

A well-established private equity fund focused on infrastructure and the energy transition is expanding its investment team in Paris. The fund partners with high-quality platforms and developers across Europe, investing in renewable energy, decarbonization, sustainable mobility, and green infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute transactions, coordinating external advisors (legal, technical, financial) and managing the process from screening to closing.
• Build and review complex models (project finance, LBO, debt structuring) to evaluate returns, capital structures, and risk profiles.
• Manage comprehensive diligence workstreams, evaluating regulatory, commercial, technical, and ESG aspects of target investments.
• Draft high-conviction investment proposals and present business cases directly to the Investment Committee.
• Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, debt refinancing, follow-on acquisitions, and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of experience within a leading infrastructure/energy investment platform or a top-tier investment bank.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with deep knowledge of project finance, debt structuring, and valuation.
• Genuine passion for the energy transition, renewable energy technologies, and the European sustainable infrastructure market.
• Fluent French and English with strong communication skills (both are required for regional coverage).
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage transaction workstreams independently in a fast-paced environment.
