Sopra Steria Ventures seeks a VC Analyst Intern to start January 2027 for 6 months, based in France. You will assist in pre-qualifying deal flow, map startups, and prepare investment memos and scorecards while monitoring the venture ecosystem across Europe and the U.S.

You will contribute to KPI collection, process automation, and support the CVC process, helping create synergies between startups and Sopra Steria Group business units through project management and events.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in pre-qualifying deal flow and supporting investment theses.
• Experience in mapping startups, preparing investment memos, and scorecards.
• Ability to monitor and report on venture ecosystem activity.

Sopra Steria Ventures forges partnerships, invests in early-stage European/U.S. tech startups, and offers a dedicated program to support their growth. The current portfolio includes about +15 investments.

We are seeking a VC Analyst Intern starting in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-qualifying deal flow in line with the investment thesis
• Contribute to deliverables (mapping startups, investment memos, scorecards)
• Monitor the Sopra Steria Ventures ecosystem (VCs, CVCs, incubators/accelerators, associations, startups)
• Improve (and automate) internal processes (deal flow management, KPI collection for activity monitoring, presentation reports)
• Support the VC Operations Manager in enhancing the CVC process
• Help startups and Sopra Steria Group's business units create business and marketing synergies through project management, facilitation, and by identifying internal/external expertise (startup program management)
• Organize and/or support event operations with the ecosystem (startups, associations, funds, business units)

Nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire VC Analyst pour janvier 2027.

Missions :

• Aide à préqualifier le dealflow conformément à la thèse d'investissement
• Contribue à la production de livrables (mapping des startups dans les thématiques prioritaires d'investissements, mémo d'investissements, score cards)
• Monitoring de l'écosysteme Sopra Steria Ventures (VC, CVC, Incubateurs/Accélerateurs, associations, startups)
• Améliorer (et automatiser) les processus internes (gestion du dealflow, collection des KPIs pour monitoring d'activités, présentation reportings)
• Apporter un soutien auprès du VC Operation Manager dans l'amélioration du CVC process
• Aider les startups et les métiers à créer des synergies business et marketing via de la gestion de projet, de l'animation et trouver les expertises en interne/externe (startup programme management)
• Organiser et/ou accompagner des opérations événementielles avec l'écosystème (startups, associations, fonds, métiers)
