Worldline is seeking a proactive PMO Intern to support the Ecommerce Solutions Lead in aligning and implementing a standardized ecommerce solution across SMB regions. The role involves coordinating projects, governance, documentation, and ensuring successful rollout of the SMB ecommerce platform.

You will assist in gathering requirements, maintaining plans, and collaborating with regional teams to deliver consistent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• Basic understanding of project management principles (scope, timeline, risk, stakeholder management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Jira/Asana/Monday.com is a plus.
• Ability to work with sensitivity to regional differences and cultural nuances.

Responsabilités

• Support the Ecommerce Solutions Lead in defining and maintaining SMB ecommerce scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status dashboards for regional rollout.
• Gather and analyze requirements from SMB regions to ensure a unified ecommerce solution.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with product, engineering, operations, sales, legal/compliance, and regional teams.
• Track action items, risks, issues, dependencies; update risk registers and mitigation plans.
• Support governance activities, including change control, decision logs, and steering committee materials.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

The intern will assist in project coordination, governance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent delivery and successful rollout of the SMB ecommerce platform.

Who Are We Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.
• Ability to work with sensitivity to regional differences and cultural nuances across SMB market
