• Coordinate and consolidate client information for regional and international events.

• Provide day-to-day operational support and coordinate workshop visits.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communication on HJ Retail topics.

MISSIONS:

As part of the High Jewelry Retail Business Development team, you will assist in High Jewelry client development tasks by ensuring seamless execution in the following key areas:

Event Coordination

• Consolidate client information and track attendance for regional and international events
• Provide weekly updates to management on event attendance status
• Monitor and track event cancellations
• Prepare detailed client profile cards for events
• Maintain and update the annual HJ event calendar
• Assist with the organization and logistics for small internal engagements and events (e.g., HJ team gatherings, seminars)

Business Analysis

• Prepare meeting agendas and presentations for various stakeholders
• Analyze data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to generate insights on HJ business performance, including sales performance, client growth, post-event success measurement, client transformation rates, and average basket size
• Assist with ad-hoc reports for management to support strategic decision-making

Operational support

• Providing day-to-day operational supports to the team and the department
• Coordinating requests for workshop visits
• Collaborating with key stakeholders within the Maison, in particular Regional HJ teams Marketing, and Communication on relevant HJ Retail topics

PROFILE:

• Business School, University, or equivalent of BAC+5
• Analytical mindset, solution driven, and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn, proactive, organized, and hands-on
• Interest in High Jewelry with sensibility in service excellence

SKILLS:

• Excellent Excel proficiency: mandatory strong command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas such as Pivot table, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, charts & graph creation
• Strong PowerPoint skills: ability to create professional and impactful presentations and decks
• Great communications skills, in English and French
