PAYOT is a French beauty brand actively expanding its German market with a focus on ecommerce, CRM, and customer experience. The role sits in the Ecommerce & CRM team and involves website updates, newsletters, and paid media support to drive growth.

You will work with the European team, bringing German-language expertise and strong writing skills to enhance digital marketing campaigns and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German (native or bilingual) and comfortable in English or French.
• Strong writing skills with a commercial mindset.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing is a plus!

Responsabilités

• Website & Digital Projects: Update and optimize the German version of the website and contribute to Europe-wide ecommerce site revamp.
• Performance & Analysis: Prepare weekly reports to track ecommerce performance (traffic, sales, engagement).
• Email Marketing & Customer Engagement: Write and create compelling newsletters for the German market to boost sales and loyalty.
• Paid Media & Acquisition: Support Google Ads & Meta campaigns for the German market with the Ecommerce & CRM Manager.
• Customer Service & Satisfaction: Handle daily customer inquiries for the German market and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

As part of our Ecommerce & CRM team, you will actively contribute to the growth of PAYOT in the German market while working closely with the European team.

Your Missions

Website & Digital Projects

• Update and optimize the German version of our website (products, content, promotions).
• Contribute to the revamp of our new Europe-wide ecommerce website.

Performance & Analysis

• Prepare weekly reports to track ecommerce performance (traffic, sales, engagement).

Email Marketing & Customer Engagement

• Write and create compelling newsletters for the German market to boost sales and customer loyalty.

Paid Media & Acquisition

• Support the Ecommerce & CRM Manager in managing Google Ads & Meta (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns for the German market.

Customer Service & Satisfaction

• Handle daily customer inquiries for the German market (emails, chat, social media).
• Ensure an excellent shopping experience for our German-speaking customers.

Your Profile

Fluent in German (native or bilingual) & comfortable in English or French.

Passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer relations.

Strong writing skills with a commercial mindset.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or email marketing is a plus!
