The Campaigns team consists of a Campaigns Manager (currently on maternity leave until January), a Campaigns Officer, and a Volunteer Mobilization Assistant (intern).

Role and Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, X, and Bluesky in collaboration with the Campaign Officer, based on our communications strategy.
  • Create and/or translate various types of content (visuals, carousels, videos, etc.) for our social media channels.
  • Analyze monthly results and performance across our various communication channels and draw conclusions and lessons to improve our social media presence.
  • Conduct audits and benchmarks to suggest content recommendations for ONE’s social media channels in France, with the goal of recruiting more supporters across all our communication channels.
  • Suggest interesting and timely content for newsletters or other emails to our supporters, as well as blog posts on advocacy campaigns at the national, European, and international levels.
  • Organize and coordinate a monthly Instagram Live session between a guest and one of our Youth Ambassadors.
  • Support the influence strategy by recommending content creators based on our target audiences and competitor benchmarks, as well as current "trends," with a focus on pro bono work.
  • Support the Campaigns Officer in developing and implementing a communications strategy for the 2027 presidential election, particularly through an influencer partnership.
  • Any other relevant tasks requested by the Campaigns Officer.

  • Previous experience in communications or social media management is a plus.
  • You are thorough, highly organized, self-reliant, resourceful, and pay close attention to detail.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have strong communications skills, both in writing (clear, concise, and high-quality writing) and verbally.
  • A good level of English is essential: we regularly communicate with our teams at the international level.
  • You have a creative mindset and can suggest new ideas for innovative and relevant content.
  • Proficiency in Canva and video editing software would be a plus.
  • Above all, you have a genuine interest in international solidarity and a desire to help build a more just world.

Compensation: €1,200 net per month, based on the number of hours worked.
