CMA CGM in Marseille is offering a 6-month internship in the Group Cybersecurity Department to drive the rollout of an operational cyber dashboard. You will manage data consolidation, stakeholder coordination, and budgeting, while coordinating with international teams.

You will gain exposure to project management, analytics with Excel and BI tools, and collaborate with technical teams to translate cyber activity into actionable KPIs for management.

Qualifications

• Education: pursuing a Master’s degree in project management or equivalent.
• Project management: able to structure schedules, track budgets and coordinate multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Analytical skills: comfortable processing and consolidating data; advanced Excel required, Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Profile: no development skills required — able to formalize a clear functional need for technical teams.
• Languages: comfortable in English (French a plus).
• Personal qualities: organized, rigorous and personable, able to rally stakeholders around a shared goal.

Responsabilités

• Project management: own the rollout of the operational dashboard across the Group’s entities, structuring the schedule, milestones and budget.
• Data and resource consolidation: gather and ensure data reliability from several teams and tools to feed a single dashboard for management.
• Procurement & budget coordination: track the project budget and manage procurement for deployed tools.
• Continuous tool improvement: identify improvement areas for existing tools and formalize functional specifications with development teams (no coding).
• Building KPIs: help define operational indicators that translate cyber activity into management-ready figures.
• AI watch and challenges: consider AI rise across tools, balancing agility with cybersecurity vigilance.
• International exposure: collaborate with teams in the Philippines, Quebec and India to ensure rollout consistency.

Within the Group's Cybersecurity Department, you will join the cyber operations office, a team responsible for governance, control and continuous improvement of the cyber activity. You will take ownership of the Group-wide rollout and industrialization of an operational cyber dashboard already underway, running the project end to end: data and resource consolidation, stakeholder coordination, budget, procurement and planning.

As part of your studies, you are looking for a 6-month internship starting February 2027

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Project management: you will own the rollout of the operational dashboard across the Group's various entities, structuring the schedule, milestones and budget.
• Data and resource consolidation: you will bring together and ensure the reliability of data from several teams and tools to feed a single dashboard useful to management.
• Procurement & budget coordination: you will take part in tracking the project budget and managing procurement for the tools deployed.
• Continuous tool improvement: you will identify improvement areas for existing management tools and formalize the functional specifications, working with development teams (without coding yourself).
• Building KPIs: you will help define operational indicators that translate cyber activity into figures, consistent with the KPIs expected by the Group and the other teams working on this topic.
• AI watch and challenges: you will factor in the rise of AI across the Group's tools — a source of agility, but also of heightened vigilance on the cybersecurity side.
• International exposure: you will collaborate with teams based in the Philippines, Quebec and India to ensure consistency of the rollout across the Group.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: you are pursuing a Master's degree from a Business School, in project management or equivalent, with a strong interest in operational steering.
• Project management: you can structure a schedule, track a budget and coordinate multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Analytical skills: you are comfortable processing and consolidating data; advanced Excel required, Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Profile sought: no development skills required — you know how to formalize a clear functional need to work effectively with technical teams.
• Languages: you are comfortable in English (French is a plus).
• Personal qualities: organized, rigorous and personable, you know how to bring different stakeholders together around a shared goal.
