Linagora is seeking an Internship / Apprenticeship Communication Officer (M/F) for a minimum of 6 months in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. You will join a cross-functional team under the Communications Director to execute the annual plan, create content, manage events, and handle media relations.

The role emphasizes storytelling around Europe's digital sovereignty, collaboration with designers and developers, and hands-on experience in internal/external communication activities.

Formación

• Mastery of writing techniques to ensure compelling content.
• Excellent spelling and grammar, reflecting high professional standards.
• Proficiency in office suite software to enhance productivity.
• Experience in community management on platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEA strategies to optimize content visibility.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress.
• Equivalent experience with Adobe Suite and Figma (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic video editing skills, particularly using iMovie.
• Excellent rigor and organizational abilities.
• Master's degree (M2), ESC, MBA, Communication/Event Management, EFAP, CELSA - Final year.

Responsabilidades

• Propose actionable strategies to be integrated into the communication plan.
• Conceptualize, write, and format various content types, including texts, visuals, and videos.
• Contribute to the preparation of events and participating in trade shows in France and internationally.
• Manage daily community interactions on LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Engage in public relations and maintain press contacts.
• Embrace storytelling to advocate for Europe's digital sovereignty as the guiding theme of our strategy.
