The AI Project Coordinator will assist the Sr. Manager Executive Planning - Europe and sponsors in structuring, tracking, and accelerating initiatives from concept to pilot execution, within a 30- to 90-day timeframe.

The role focuses on organizing projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and enabling pilot-ready outcomes in a fast-paced European environment.

ATC Europe launched AI Week to accelerate the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence and move from awareness to concrete business impact. As part of this initiative, the Hackathon generated several practical use cases designed to solve real business challenges and become pilot-ready within a 30- to 90-day timeframe.

The AI Project Coordinator will support the Sr. Manager Executive Planning - Europe and the relevant business sponsors in structuring, tracking, and accelerating these initiatives from concept to pilot execution.
