Job summary

Cap Ingelec, based in France, seeks an International Project Buyer to join our European Procurement team and develop our general contractor positioning on French and international turnkey projects. You will work across project teams to identify partners, manage consultations, and negotiate terms with our legal department.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years in a similar construction position, with strong intercultural communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Purchasing, management, or an engineering degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within a construction company (General Contractor, CSA, HVAC or Electrical).
• Strong sense of relationship and responsibility.
• Excellent communication, rigor, negotiation and analytical skills in an intercultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in applying purchasing procedures and policies.
• Identify and qualify partners for our projects (works companies, technical equipment suppliers...).
• Manage consultations for all project packages in collaboration with project direction and technical teams.
• Negotiate contractual conditions with our partners in collaboration with our legal department.
• Lead commercial negotiations of partner offers after analysing them (benchmarking, price breakdown...).
• Support multi-country technical and purchasing teams by finding partners, factory visits, fairs, etc.
